A: The definition with a credit history applies for:

- Self-employed: Have a credit history on the last 9 months, and the credit has been in an active status for more than 12 months (KPR, KPA, KPM, Personal Loan (KTA) or Credit Cards).
A: Yes, if the customer work on selected company that has been assigned by the Bank with maximum tenor 36 Month
Q: What kind of fee the customer should pay?
A: Approved Customer will be charged a processing fee of 3% from the approved limit and duty stamp IDR 6000 and all the fee will be automatically deducted during disbursement

A: Customer can pay the remaining credit before the tenure is matured but will be charged an additional of 5% out of the remaining principal loan

A: Customer will be sent a thank you letter, should the customer doesn’t receive the letter in 14 days, the customer could reach BCI Customer Service

A: Customer advise to conduct the payment 3 (three) days before due date to avoid any late charge fee
